What materials are used for the steel pipes you produce?

The steel pipes we produce cover a variety of commonly used materials, including carbon steel (such as Q235, GR.B, X42, X52, X60),  alloy steel (such as Q355,  45#,  40Cr, 27SiMn), stainless steel (such as 201, 304, 316L), etc. We can also customize special material steel pipes according to customer requirements.

What is the range of specifications for the steel pipes?

Outer diameter: Steel pipes with diameters ranging from φ6mm to φ1220mm can be produced.
Wall thickness: 0.5mm - 100mm
Length: The standard lengths are 6m, 9m, and 12m. Customized length processing (from 1m to 24m) is also available.
Types: Various types including seamless steel pipes, straight seam welded pipes, spiral welded pipes, and square and rectangular tubes are all covered.

Do you offer customization services for non-standard steel pipes?

OK. We can customize steel pipes with specific outer diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths and materials based on the drawings or parameters provided by the customers. We can also offer surface treatment processes such as hot-dip galvanizing, cold-dip galvanizing, painting and anti-corrosion coatings to meet the usage requirements in different scenarios.

What subsequent processing can be carried out on steel pipes?

In addition to the surface anti-corrosion treatment, we can also provide processing services such as cutting, beveling, bending, drilling, tapping, heat treatment, etc. We can directly deliver the finished products that are ready for use, reducing the subsequent processing procedures for customers.

Does the product come with a quality inspection report?

Yes. For each batch of delivered steel pipes, a quality inspection report issued by a third-party authoritative testing institution or our factory's laboratory will be provided along with the goods. The report contains detailed data such as material composition, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances, and inspection results, which can be used for customer re-inspection.

What measures should be taken when there are quality issues with steel pipes?

If the customer discovers any quality issues with the steel pipe during use, please contact us within 7 working days after receiving the goods, and provide relevant test reports and on-site photos. We will immediately arrange for technicians to verify the situation. If it is indeed a quality problem, we will handle it in accordance with the contract terms by providing free return or replacement, restocking or compensation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard-sized steel pipes support small batch orders. The minimum order quantity is 1 ton. For non-standard customized products, the order quantity depends on specific specifications and production processes. For details, please contact the customer service.

Do you offer samples?

Support the free provision of samples. Standard-sized samples can be sent free of charge, and customers only need to bear the cost of the courier. For non-standard customized samples, a certain sample fee will be charged. This fee can be deducted from the corresponding payment when signing a bulk order in the future.

Do you have export business? What export-related documents can you provide?

We have the authority for self-operated import and export. Our products can be exported to multiple countries and regions around the world. We can provide a complete set of export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates, customs declaration forms, and quality certificates, and assist customers in completing the customs clearance procedures.
