Our factory specializes in the production of high-frequency electric resistance welded (ERW) carbon steel pipes, with an extensive size range covering outer diameters from 21.3mm to 660mm and wall thicknesses from 1mm to 20mm.

The edges are then welded using high-frequency induction technology, ensuring a strong, seamless bond without filler metals.

The manufacturing process begins with high-quality steel coils, which are uncoiled, leveled, and progressively formed into a cylindrical shape through precision roll forming.

Galvanized Steel Pipe Production Line
After welding, the pipes undergo heat treatment to refine the weld zone microstructure, followed by sizing, straightening, and cutting to specified lengths.
